We follow the latest best practices when it comes to technical infrastructure.
We use Docker for local development, Ansible for the scripted provisioning of staging/production environments, and Gitlab for version control and Continuous Integration. All work is organised using a Redmine issue tracking system and this is integrated with our Slack account, as is our Gitlab instance so ambient communication is very good.
Production environments are integrated with our enterprise class security and performance monitoring systems, and sites are also monitored using Updown.io. All of these are integrated with Slack.
We are ISO27001 certified and maintain a best practice ISMS.
